its pretty nasty looking, and can only imagine what it feels like, I wish we knew what it was and I hope that it gets better fast
doesn't look good - have you tried any lotion for ecexma on it? or maybe calomine lotion?? It could be just a heat rash...
What body part is that? MY oh my .. i think you need some medical treatment STAT.. there could be a fungus among us!!!!
